How to order from Custom.Scale.Division ?

You can order either from our onlineshop, which displays knives and scales we got premade, or via email.
we need to know, which knife or scales you would like to order, what kind of material and information on clip positions, spacer shapes and extras. i addition to that we need your billing- and shipping address so we can get you a pdf invoice via email incl. the payment details.

Does the onlineshop display everything available?

No, our onlineshop shows products we got premade / on stock. we also produce on demand, which means based on your ideas. Tell us what you are looking for and we´ll try to get you that.

I really like something i saw on your website/onlineshop/facebook or flickr. How can I order this?

We call it custom, we keep it custom, hence you can order it. the easiest way to place an order for a custom job is via email.

I own a knife that I´d like to get SMUed, but your website etc does no show and pictures of that knife getting customized. How can i get some scales for it?

Again, we call it custom. If you have the chance to get us a picture of your knife or a link, we will check it out and get you a detailed feedback on your request.

Can I buy complete knives from you?

Sure, we also offer customized knives.

How can i pay?

For all int´l orders we accept payments via paypal. Please ask for our paypal ID.For additional information see "Bezahlung".

I am not completely satisfied with the product I ordered from you. Can i return it for a refund/exchange?

All products that are purchazed through our onlineshop can be returned within 30 days.The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The returned item has to be in an unused condtition. Please contact us for returns/exchanges/refunds. We will email you instructions on how to return the product. Besides that all custom job sales are final, but if a custom made product comes with a defect, we´ll take care of it. Either by replacing or refunding it.

Which shipping options do you offer?

Wir ship via DHL / Deutsche Post. Each shipment incl. tracking and insurance. For additional information please see "VERSAND".

Do i have to send my knife to get some scales made?

For most of the knives we offer scales for, it´s not neccessary to send the knife. if it´s a knife, that we haven´t made scales yet it would make sense to send the knife but we try to avoid that. please ask for details.

Is there a pricelist?

We offer scales for more than 400 different knives, which means there are way more options available. that makes it very difficult to display prices. after we received your email incl. the details we will get you an estimate. as soon as your order is ready to get placed, we´ll tell you the final price for your very product.

Is there a list of knives you offer scales for?

The list would be very very long.

Which materials do you offer?

Our stock has been growing over the years. we offer classics such as g10, micarta,carbon fiber or wood, but also "unknown" matrials like our very own cf micarta, ceraglas or tech-/woodstab from denmark.

What is CF Micarta?

CF Micarta is very similar to G10, but a bit more high end. Based on glass fiber with additional layers of carbon fiber, the cf micarta is extremly durable and lightweight, acid resistant, temperature proof up to 600°C and last but not least tough as hell.
